I have had a great experience today as I have every time I’ve been! All the staff are lovely but they one in particular, I ordered Mac and cheese for my daughter but she came over to me to tell me they don’t have any and was apologetic, I said no problem and asked if I could have something else. This lady came back over with a cake for my daughter. She didn’t say what it was for but I’ve worked in hospitality and know it’s an extra way of apologising. I wanted to write this to remind the staff their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Even if there are rude customers passing sly comments ;)

Can get quite busy at times but social distancing maintained by staff & shoppers. Plenty of offers including 2 for £7 on the big tubs of quality street / Roses etc. Fireworks on sale here, just ask a member of staff for assistance. Lots of reduced items & the clothes section is well stocked. Children allowed to pick an item of fruit for free from the fruit & veg section, promoting healthy eating. Shelves fully stocked & shoppers being sensible pre-lockdown.
